Slow Shudder is the alias of Miami-born, Seattle-based producer, DJ, vocalist, and songwriter Amanda Mayo. Since 2016, she's released a steady string of singles, remixes, and collaborations that span experimental pop, indie dance, left-field bass, and alternative music, on labels including Ultra Music's Next Wave, bitbird, Moving Castle, and Not Like That. This past September she released her debut EP titled Off The Rails that provided the strongest showcase to date for her unique fusion of emotive songwriting and unexpected production techniques. Her exclusive guest DJ mix for Midnight in a Perfect World is a colorful journey through progressive pop anthems, sleek experimental club beats, and moody dancefloor grooves that reflects the unique mixture of styles that influence her own music.
