Justin Vernon always keeps us guessing, and today, he surprised us all with new Bon Iver songs. (And heads up: Bon Iver is a group, not a person. In a press release, he clarifies "This project began with a single person, but throughout the last 11 years, the identity of Bon Iver has bloomed and can only be defined by the faces in the ever growing family we are.")
And boy, what a blossom it is. Each new track — "Hey, Ma" and "U (Man Like)" — features an extensive line-up of musicians, including Bruce Hornsby and Jenn Wasner of Wye Oak, who will also be part of the touring band.
