LA band Milo Greene play what they have dubbed "cinematic-pop". Theirs is an expansive sound, that has the ability to transport you and envelop you like good film music does -- but they also hang on to a pop sensibility that allows the film-less music to stand on its own (again, as good film music should). The band stopped by the KEXP studio to perform some tracks for the Morning Show with John Richards. Milo Greene has made quick progress after their July 2012 self-titled album (released via Atlantic), and have played the late night TV talk show circuit as well as touring the country to large and growing larger crowds. Check out the performances below.
