Stats is the project of London musician Ed Seed who’s played in a number of high profile bands including La Roux and Dua Lipa’s backing band. Last month, he unveiled his debut record under the new project, Other People’s Lives via Memphis Industries.

Our Song of the Day is the catchy early single, “Lose It.” Spoke-sung in a nearly monotonic delivery, the song takes on the similarly monotonous activities of life and the thrilling temptation to just throw it all away for a life a little looser. Other People’s Lives was produced in London’s prestigious RAK studios.
