Formed in Hobart, but now based in Melbourne, The Sunday League find inspiration in the jangle-pop of the late '80s, both at home in Australia and here in the States.
The band will soon launch their sophomore release Make it What You Want, but in the meantime, have been teasing singles from the LP, like today's featured track "I Liked it When You Weren't Yourself," accompanied by the delightful video below, directed by Sam Woodberry. The band describe the track as being "about two people meeting at their lowest point. As they grow together the vulnerability that connected them disappears, leaving them strong but no longer the people they were when they fell in love."
