Last month, Seattle duo SISTERS — formed of non-siblings Emily Westman and Andrew Vait — released the We Can Get Together EP, which features remixes of tracks from their 2017 LP Wait Don’t Wait, as well as the new song "We Can Get Together" featuring guest vocals from Tilson XOXO. The band explain on their Facebook page that they wrote the song alongside the others for Wait Don’t Wait, but since they recorded that album in San Francisco, they shelved this track until they could reunite with their hometown crew. They call it a "song that embodies our sense of longing and appreciation for the Seattle community that has supported us since day one."
You can catch SISTERS on Friday, December 13th at The Crocodile with Lemolo and Mind of Joy.
