Northwest quartet The Rallies serve up sunny power-pop with strong harmonies and melodic flair. Hailing from the Seattle and Tacoma areas, vocalist Steve Davis, guitarist Karl van der Velden, bassist Ben Heege, and drummer Lee Brown combine '80s jangle-pop with classic rock ‘n’ roll on their sophomore full-length Upside Down.
