KEXP donor sticker:

Approximately three to four weeks after donating you will receive your donor sticker in the mail. Display it proudly!

Thank-you gifts:

Thank you gifts are generally mailed within 3-4 weeks of the first payment of your donation. Due to the high volume of donations received during on-air fundraising drives, thank you gifts are mailed within 5-7 weeks. We rely on volunteers to package and ship thank-you gifts, so we appreciate your patience!

Can I exchange my thank you gift for a different size?

In order to maximize the impact of your gift, KEXP cannot accommodate size exchanges of clothing items

Help! My thank-you gift arrived damaged! 

Of the thousands of thank you gifts KEXP mails out, a handful end up breaking en route to their new owners. If this happens to you, email or call 206-520-5843. We'll mail you a new one as soon as possible, and thanks in advance for your understanding.

How can I change or update my credit card information?

Give Donor Services a call at 206-520-5843 and we'll update your payment plan with your new information. Because we do not store credit card numbers, we always need the entire card number, expiration date and security code in order to update your payment plan. If for any reason your card was not able to process, but the card information has not changed, please still call Donor Services to provide the full credit card information so that we can manually catch you up on missed payments. Please do not email your credit card number to us.

How can I change my contact information?

If you have changed your mailing address, email address, or phone number, please email or call 206-520-5843.

How do I change my mail preferences?

Would you like to no longer receive paper mail or email from KEXP? No problem!  Please email or call 206-520-5843 with your request to limit paper mailings or emails.

Please note that email is the primary form through which KEXP sends special event invitations, including VIP Club Concert invites. If you are a VIP Club donor, please consider remaining opted into KEXP emails in order to receive these invites.

Is my contribution tax-deductible?

Yes, your gift to KEXP is fully tax-deductible to the extent allowable by U.S. law, minus the fair market value of any thank you gifts requested. We will send you an acknowledgement letter for your contribution which can be saved for tax purposes. KEXP is not a tax-deductible charity in Canada. Tax statements are available by request.

What is KEXP’s donation refund policy?

If you made an error when making your donation:

  • One-time lump sum donations are refundable within one week.
  • Amplifiers are our donors who make monthly recurring payments on a credit or debit card. KEXP is able to refund an Amplifier payment from the last 60 days only.

Refunds will be returned using the original method of payment. Please contact Donor Services at or 206.520.5843

Will KEXP give out my mailing address, phone number or email address?
