Originally from São Paulo, T.Reverie is a Brazilian open-format DJ who blends baile funk, electronic, and club sounds into a genre-fluid celebration of movement. Now based in Seattle, they're the founder of Thee Baile, a queer Brazilian baile funk dance party held monthly at Kremwerk.
Hannah Lew is a Bay Area musician releasing her highly-anticipated debut self-titled solo record on April 10th via Glasgow-based label Night School Records. The album finds Hannah fully in the spotlight for the first time after being a member of beloved DIY bands Grass Widow and Cold Beat and she delivers an album "soaked in imperious, wide-eyed pop songwriting and a girl-group/post punk aesthetic that belies the artist’s history in the U.S. underground."
Melodi Ghazal is a Copenhagen-based Danish-Iranian artist and one of the most promising emerging voices within the city's thriving music scene. She just released her debut album Idol Melodies on March 6th and it's an impressive showcase of dreamy art-pop that fuses her crystalline English-Persian R&B-tinted vocals with painterly electro-acoustic backdrops and subtle Middle Eastern flourishes.
Solitary Dancer are a shadowy Montreal-based electronic production duo creating expansive, immersive, and transportive music. They just released their largest statement to date with SDIII on March 20th via their own imprint, Private Possessions. The 17-track album was also released as a super-limited 6×12” vinyl compilation featuring graphic design by the legendary musician/artist Trevor Jackson.
