Space Ghost is the alias of Oakland-based DJ, electronic producer, and label runner Sudi Wachspress. He's been a beloved figure in the underground electronic community for 15 years now, consistently dropping hypnotic, funky, spacey house grooves on renowned labels such as Astro Nautico, Tartelet, Apron, and Pacific Rhythm. Last year, Space Ghost launched his own label, Peace World, and this month welcomes the fledgling imprint's second release with Majestic Fantasies, a collaborative album between Space Ghost and vocalist Teddy Bryant that draws from the duo's passion for late '80s and early '90s R&B, UK street soul, New Jack Swing, house, and G-funk.
