YesterdayMatt Berninger of The National shared a duet with Phoebe Bridgers that he wrote for the Netflix original film Between Two Ferns: The Movie. Today, he reveals that we'll have a whole full-length of solo material from him soon titled Serpentine Prison.

Berninger reveals on Instagram that the new album was produced and arranged by the legendary Booker T. Jones of Memphis soul group Booker T. & The M.G.s. In a photo caption, he writes “Kind, patient, visionary genius. Booker T. Jones produced and arranged my solo record. It’s called Serpentine Prison. More about it soon but basically I’m the luckiest man in the universe with lots of brilliant friends who can play instermints. Not worthy!”

Stay tuned for a release date for Serpentine Prison.
