After the tragic death of songwriter and lead vocalist Scott Hutchison, Frightened Rabbit are preparing to return to the stage this December. The band will perform a set of music billed as “Songs of Frightened Rabbit” at Kelvingrove Bandstand in their home of Glasgow, Scotland. The show is a benefit for Sleep in the Park, an event to raise money to combat homelessness, and will take place on Dec. 9, 2018.

The band’s drummer and Scott’s brother Grant Hutchison shared details in a statement to BBC News: “We had agreed to play Sleep in the Park before Scott passed and we felt that since it was something for such a great cause that we should stick to our decision and honour Scott in the best way we know—to play the songs he wrote and continue spreading his message of kindness whilst supporting Social Bite and the amazing work they do.”

The band will be joined on stage with guests vocalists, including The Twilight Sad’s James Graham. More names are yet to be announced.
