Michael Mayer is an internationally renowned electronic producer, DJ, and in-demand remixer, as well as a co-founder of the influential German label Kompakt Records. Based in Cologne, Mayer works under his own name and as one-half of SuperMayer, consistently displaying under either guise his refined mixture of tech-house and cerebral pop. His latest solo album, &, is also his most pop-centric release to date, featuring appearances by Hot Chip's Joe Goddard, Friendly Fires' Ed Macfarlane, Gui Boratto, Hauschka, and Prins Thomas.
