  • Majical Cloudz just released a 5-track EP called Wait & See. The songs were originally intended for last year's Are You Alone album, but according to frontman Devon Welsh, "[the songs] didn't fit on that album for one reason or another." You can steam both albums together, below, via Spotify. [Pitchfork]

  • Yesterday, Wolf Parade hinted at their return to music, and today it's official. Later this year they'll perform in New York, Toronto, and London.

    Here's the statement:

    Hey-o everyone, the hiatus is over!We're very excited to get back on stage together at these residency shows in NYC, Toronto, and London. We'll be playing our favorites from from the old albums, of course, as well as a taste or two of some new tunes we've been writing. Hope to see you there! xo WP
    Let's hope they bring some of that new music to Seattle sooner rather than later! [Pitchfork]

  • Boise, Idaho's Treefort Music Fest (March 23-27) just announced its second wave of artists, adding KEXP-favorite artists Built to Spill, Nosaj Thing, La Luz, Diarrhea Planet, Pictureplane, Lushlife, Thundercat, and others to an already solid list including Charles Bradley & His Extraordinaires, Thee Oh Sees, Youth Lagoon, Chelsea Wolfe, White Denim and more. And there's still a third wave announcement yet to come! Treefort takes Boise on March 23-27, and tickets are currently available here.

  • English indie rockers Foals have shared the video for their track "Birch Tree." It's a "day in the life" sort of video, directed by Dave Ma. They seem like they'd be a blast to hang with. Of course all bands are cool, but these guys make it seem effortless. [CoS]

  • Tomorrow night, PBS will air the next episode of their Austin City Limits series, which features Ryan Adams and Shakey Graves. Below, you can check out Adams' stunning performances of his 2014 track "My Wrecking Ball" and 2002's "Desire." [Stereogum]
