  • British rockers Django Django shared the video for their Born Under Saturn song "Pause Repeat." Bassist Jimmy Nixon and director Dan Brereton were able to create the artsy, stop motion effect with a cellphone. Born Under Saturn is available now. [Stereogum]

  • Prince and his 3rdEyeGirl band will drop their highly anticipated album HITNRUN on September 7 exclusively on Tidal. This will be the funk legend's 35th studio album, which is beyond impressive. He's shared a few tracks from the album, but today we have the sensual "This Could B Us." It's a retooling of a song he released last year. Also, can we all appreciate the amazing Purple Rain inspired track art? [NME]

  • Nick Sanborn, of the folkpop duo Sylvan Esso, has announced his plans to release a solo album under the name Made of Oak. Penumbra drops on November 6 and you can watch an album teaser below. Made of Oak will be performing in Seattle at The Sunset on November 10. [SPIN]

  • Brooklyn synthpop outfit Small Black will release their new album Best Blues, the follow up to 2013's Limits of Desire, on October 16. Now, they've debuted a bright and fuzzy track called "No One Wants It To Happen To You." [Stereogum]
