  • She & Him, Zooey Deschanel and M. Ward, will drop a 13-track cover album called Classics on December 2. They've put a fun little radio widget on their website and when it's turned to AM station 1202 the site unlocks their cover of Dusty Springfield's "Stay Awhile."   • With the November 10 release date of the Foo Fighters' Sonic Highways quickly approaching, the band has shared another new album track. "The Feast and Famine" was recorded in Arlington, VA and will be featured on tonight's episode of Sonic Highways on HBO. [CoS]

  • British indie pop band Allo Darlin' have shared the video for their track "Bright Eyes" off of their recent album We Come From The Same Place. It takes a charming approach to couples counseling (of inanimate objects) and delivers some amazing puns. And like any good video these days, kittens are present. [Stereogum]

  • Mike Kunka, former bassist of Kill Rock Stars/Sub Pop band godheadSilo, was recently the victim of theft, resulting in a reported loss of $20,000 of equipment and master tapes. Kunka's Port Angeles storage unit was ransacked through a vacant unit next door.
