Sasquatch 2013, Day 4: Toro y Moi

Toro y Moi kicked off his world tour with a performance at Sasquatch to the increasingly tired but never lacking in excitement crowd (see exhausted dancing). His set was between the PNW's Odesza in the morning and Disclosure's in the afternoon - a line-up of three amazing and impossible to not dance to groups. His would be the only one accompanied by a band - and the only one that wasn't classifiable by electronic genres. Funk is definitely not right either, but aspects of funk reared their head in the types of dancing that could be done, and chillwave was there too as he played tracks from his most recent album Anything in Return. As rain fell outside the tent, the jams inside kept everyone warm with continual movement.
