Italian darkwave quartet Broken Up emerged with their debut LP Soul Victim at the end of February, featuring dreamy electro-fused tracks harkening back to the '80s. Formed by Dedo Panzera, bassist for bass player of Intelligence Dept., and Max Caselli, guitarist for Go Flamingo!, the pair added vocalist Chiara Boldrini and keyboardist Tom Lampronti to the line-up, crystalizing their new wave/dream pop sound.
