King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard have slowed down quite a bit since their five-album streak in 2017, in which they released Flying Microtonal Banana, Murder of the Universe, Sketches of Brunswick (with Mild High Club), Polygondwanaland, and Gumboot Soup. Last month they returned with a new track called “Cyboogie.”
The seven-minute-long disco-pop single is accompanied by a peculiar lo-fi video directed by frequent collaborator Jason Galea. Watch it below. Last year, the Australian band reissued their first four projects.
