KEXP is looking for an experienced, customer focused individual to fill the role of Receptionist. The ideal candidate has experience in reception and guest relations with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide a friendly and exemplary experience for the guests contacting and visiting KEXP. KEXP is looking for a friendly and solution-oriented individual to fill the role of Help Desk Assistant. The ideal candidate has basic technical skills and a customer service background. The Help Desk Assistant will be the first point of contact for staff and volunteers seeking help with technical issues, and will both resolve straightforward problems and serve as go-between for users and IT Operations Engineers. KEXP is a Seattle-based non-commercial radio station and dynamic arts organization that provides rich music experiences on the air, online, and on the streets. More than 200,000 listeners from around the world tune in to the station each week over the air and online, and KEXP produces and broadcasts over 500 live performances each year.

KEXP’s programming staff of 40 DJs, who are widely recognized as experts in their field, present emerging artists alongside established bands. Both variety mix and specialty shows spotlight new sounds as well as long-time favorites from the Pacific Northwest, across the country, and around the world.
