KEXP is looking for an organized and radio-savvy individual to fill the role of DJ Manager and Associate Programming Director (APD) Assistant. The ideal candidate has previous on-air experience, preferably in non-commercial radio, a history of building strong relationships and successfully managing teams, and fantastic administrative skills. The DJ Manager and APD Assistant will work closely with the amazing KEXP DJs to develop their skills and track day-to-day tasks. KEXP is looking for a creative music lover with fantastic follow-through and previous radio experience to fill the role of Morning Show & Programming Producer. The ideal candidate has experience seeking out new artists, creating original content, and sharing with others using social media and other means. The Morning Show & Programming Producer will work closely with the current Morning Show Host to coordinate production of the Morning Show, enabling even greater success in both fundraising and music discovery. The Individual Giving Manager is a full-time, exempt position responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating fundraising campaigns and solicitation methods for the Annual Fund, and increasing participation from individual donors. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, organized individual, with excellent communication skills, experience, and knowledge of fundraising principles and practices, and the ability to effectively work with teams to achieve success. KEXP is a Seattle-based non-commercial radio station and dynamic arts organization that provides rich music experiences on the air, online, and on the streets. More than 200,000 listeners from around the world tune in to the station each week over the air and online, and KEXP produces and broadcasts over 500 live performances each year.

KEXP’s programming staff of 40 DJs, who are widely recognized as experts in their field, present emerging artists alongside established bands. Both variety mix and specialty shows spotlight new sounds as well as long-time favorites from the Pacific Northwest, across the country, and around the world.
