- (Wichita/World's Fair)
The second album from this young British band comprised of three brothers is in some ways similar to their fine debut, with a scruffy garage-pop sound reminiscent of the Strokes and the Libertines and an abundance of catchy hooks and singalong choruses. What’s different this time is the lyrical focus, with the band delighting in regularly thumbing their noses at clueless music bizzers and snobbish hipsters alike. 8/9/2005
