A brand new song from Björk has emerged called "Blissing Me," along with a video premiered via Amazon Music UK. The song recounts the story of Björk and a fellow "music nerd" crush “sending each other MP3s, falling in love to a song,” according to the lyrics. It's a beautiful change after 2015's heartbreaking album Vulnicura, focused on the dissolution of her 13-year relationship. Björk has previously called her new album Utopia her "Tinder album" and we now see what she means by that. The video features Björk is gauzy blue outfit and completely face-changing makeup, dancing in a white room. Utopia is out November 24 on One Little Indian. [ Rolling Stone ]

The National stopped by the Spotify Studios in New York to play a couple of songs for an exclusive Spotify Session, one of them being a cover of Cat Power's "Maybe Not." The band previously played the song at a show in London in September so it's not a huge surprise but certainly welcome with open arms. Along with the quietly sprawling cover is a rendition of "Carin at the Liquor Store," off of The National's latest album Sleep Well Beast. The National will be in Seattle for two nights, Tuesday, November 28 and Wednesday, November 29, to play the Paramount. [ Under the Radar ]

New York electroclash duo and performance troupe Fischerspooner are releasing a new album next year called SIR. Today, the third single off of the Michael Stipe-produced album has been released called "Butterscotch Goddamn." The sexy, sensual song follows "Have Fun Tonight" (co-written by Stipe and Boots) and the Caroline Polachek-featuring song "Togetherness." SIR is out on February 16 via Ultra Records. [ SPIN ]

Mark Kozelek of Sun Kil Moon is very particular about many things. It's part of his shtick, being a curmudgeon who doesn't really like anything or anyone. One of those things is not wanting audience members film his shows. For one song during his set at Festsaal Kreuzberg in Berlin on Sunday, he made an exception. Before performing a new song called "This Is Not Possible" about his feelings on the city of Frankfurt, he announced: "This is going to be a one-off song. Anybody wants to get it on their phone, you can use your phone, I won’t jump into the audience and beat the shit out of you."
