If any weekend were to officially signal the start of the Spring/Summer Concert Festival season in the Northwest it has to be Sasquatch Music Festival weekend! Running from Friday thru Monday, Sasquatch is sure to have some surprises in store with a fantastic lineup this year. Of course, KEXP will be broadcasting from the festival all weekend so come say hello! Some great shows during the week too. On Monday night, Detroit Cobras, Pangea, and TacocaT are at Chop Suey, Black Moth Super Rainbow, The Hood Internet, and Oscillator Bug are at Neumos, and Stornoway and Horse Thief are at the Crocodile. On Tuesday, Rose Windows, Kithkin, and Ephrata are at the Crocodile. Wednesday night, Flying Lotus, Thundercat, and Teebs are at Showbox SoDo. On Thursday, Don't Talk to the Cops!, Katie Kate, Ononos, and DJ Riz are at Neumos, and The Cellar Door, Mary Lambert, Wayfarer, and Dearborn are at the Crocodile. On Friday, Sasquatch gets started and for those staying in Seattle, it's also time to get outside for Northwest Folklife.
