You can watch the members of Grizzly Bear loose small bits of their hair, blood nails, and skin for the sake of science/creativity in their new video for "Gun-Shy." Speaking about the video last fall "If the creativity of any living creature could be seen, what would it look like?" Kris Moyes asked New York. Each segment is gif-like, a small movement takes place over and over like a glitch, but sometimes an eyeballs iris bleeds, or a bit of hair flies off. Check it out below. [Pitchfork]

It has just been announced that The Knife's first album in 7 years is over 100 minutes long - and about 10 of those minutes can be heard and seen in the video for "Full of Fire." The video follows people from several perspectives - which overlap and change not only with camera angles and odd lighting switches, but with repetitive film of the same action happening viewed by different characters (sometimes a dog!). At the same time the video is epic - it follows several characters, so you never become bored. [The Knife]

During last night's Little Big Show at Seattle's Neptune Theatre, we announced that the next installment would occur on May 15th, but we couldn't yet disclose the headliner. Well, today we can! My Morning Jacket frontman Jim James announced his forthcoming North American Tour this morning, and among the list of stops, Seattle's Neptune Theatre on May 15th!

The Men have released this fun video for "Electric" made from a live show in London last summer - and if you haven't seen them live it will give you an almost perfect picture of their show. You can expect much moshing, sweaty hair, and generalized punk driven fun. [Pitchfork]

Possibly NSFW: Tame Impala's video for "Mind Mischief" off their 2012 album, Lonerism , takes us on a psychedelic journey alongside a young boy as he fantasizes about his teacher. Turning away from the sleepy slow motion of the first minute or so, the video jumps into animations - colors blend and faces bend before the boy is spat out on the dewy morning grass. [Pitchfork]

Cat Power's "Manhattan" has been given a new life via Ryan Hemsworth and Angel Haze. Haze adds an intro to the track and Hemsworth takes Cat Power's rasping and winding vocals and creates a textured heavy remix. [Stereogum]

James Blake announced tour dates today in advance of his upcoming album which will be out on Republic. He starts off in Coachella, comes up to Seattle, and then goes across the country, out of the country, and over to Spain. Can't wait to see him here in Seattle, he'll be playing the Neptune on April 23rd. Catch all the dates here.

If you remember a while back we saw Grimes along with her friend Elite Gymnastics at Neumos - now Elite Gymnastics has a new remix of his friend How to Dress Well's track "& It Was U." Where Krell's original track was incredibly movement inducing, though perhaps in the exact awkward way the people in the video dance, the remix is disco influenced and charming. There are currently two incarnations of the infamous Black Flag entering the touring/album creating field - one which features the 1979-80 lineup of Greg Ginn, drummer Gregory Moore, and vocalist Ron Reyes who will go on tour this year as well as put out a new album under the name Black Flag, and the Keith Morrison + Descendant's Stephen Egerton lineup who will also tour this year as FLAG. Soundgarden has a new humerous Dave Grohl directed video for "Crooked Steps" - in which Soundgarden drive Segways, steal the stage from a lame DJ, and are finally pulled over on their Segways by none other than Deadmaus5. Check it out below. [Stereogum]
