Home Alive is a Seattle-based anti-violence organization, started in 1993, offering empowering self-defense classes on a sliding scale.

The Recording Academy's charity MusiCares provides a safety net of critical assistance for music people in times of need. MusiCares' services and resources cover a wide range of financial, medical, and personal emergencies, and each case is treated with integrity and confidentiality.

• Proper Grove
Proper Groove is a community-led 501(c)3 founded to improve responses to victims of assault, promote social norms that reduce the initiation of violence and create empowerment opportunities.

SMASH is a nonprofit organization dedicated to keeping our music community healthy and thriving by providing health education, advocacy, and access to preventative healthcare to Seattle area working musicians.
