The second album from New York’s Twin Shadow (aka George Lewis Jr.) is a bolder, more fully produced take on his ‘80s-influenced synth-pop, with a bigger, more dynamic and muscular sound fleshed out with soaring synths, sampled marching-band percussion, occasional crunchy guitars, driving rhythms and plenty of monster song hooks. 7/6/2012
