This Minneapolis band led by 19-year-old Jordan Gatesmith offers up a promising debut full-length of punkish power-pop combining the scrappy barroom punk of the Replacements and the Strokes with early rock ‘n’ roll and ‘60s girl-group melodies on catchy, lo-fi songs fleshed out with scruffy guitars, energetic rhythms, handclaps and irreverent lyrics. 1/13/2012
