Cloud Nothings is a Cleveland-based project spearheaded by 18-year-old Dylan Baldi. His first full-length album includes an earlier 2010 EP of the same name along with a 7" single and some cassette tracks. While he's currently recording his official debut in an actual studio, the songs on this collection were recorded at home with less-than-ideal equipment in his parents' basement, but his songwriting talent easily shines through the lo-fi fuzz – the bulk of these songs are smartly constructed pop gems overflowing with catchy melodic hooks. 10/22/2010
