The third album from this Portland duo is another first-rate outing of modern psych-rock, seamlessly blending electronic keyboards and electric guitars into a buoyant sound that benefits from bolder production and more expansive instrumentation, in particular the addition of harmonica, which adds a nice organic touch to a number of songs. 5/24/2004
