This legendary Jamaican guitarist his start playing with various Jamaican jazz bands in the late 1940s, before becoming the pioneering guitarist of rock steady and reggae. Ranglin played on countless important Jamaican recordings, including all of the classics covered on this sweet album of Jamaican jazz.
