This Dallas band has de-emphasized the more raucous and twangy elements of their sound for a more subtle and pop-oriented approach that brings their more Beatlesque aspects to the fore. While the band has always had a gift for the great pop hook, they’ve taken that mastery to a whole new level with this album of beautifully crafted pop-rock gems.
