  • Singer-songwriter Ty Segall has shared an intense 14-minute mini-movie with a mix of the tracks from his recently released album, Emotional Mugger. In the video Segall walks the streets of LA and encounters prostitution, drug use, and police brutality. Did I mention it was intense? [CoS]

  • Girls' creator Lena Dunham has created an online newsletter called the "Lenny Letter," which features contributions from many celebrities. Best Coast's Bethany Cosentino lent her voice to the newsletter with an essay titled "Burgers, Bitches, and Bullshit." In it she talks about the sexual harassment she, and many other artists, experienced from publicist Heathcliff Berru and about the blatant sexism she experiences in the music industry. [Pitchfork]

  • Disclosure have announced an extensive North American tour to support last year's Caracal. The tour kicks off in April and will have the brothers appearing at both weekends of Coachella, and at Sasquatch! at The Gorge the weekend of May 27-30. [Pitchfork]

  • Parquet Courts just announced their plans to release a brand new album this spring. The full-length is titled Human Performance, and the Brooklyn band debuted two album tracks on the show. [Stereogum]
