It's been an incredibly rough week, but music always has the power to heal. This morning was the 12th anniversary of the “Mom Show,” a beautiful four-hour program of remembrance and reflection hosted by DJ John Richards on The Morning Show on KEXP. The show began as a memorial for his own mother after she passed away from cancer, and with an outpouring of support from KEXP listeners, has evolved into a tribute to all our loved ones who have died. If you missed this morning's show, check out the playlist below, or visit our Two-Week Streaming Archive (which is, admittedly, inconsistent, but has worked for some listeners, so give it a shot).
