Fisherman's Village Music Festival — you had us at The Helio Sequence, hook, line, and sinker. The Helio Sequence always deliver an amazing show, and this one promises to be extra special, as it's days before the Portland duo release a new record and hit the road for a national tour. New music abounds at the Fisherman's Village Music Festival, with Everett's own Fauna Shade, EMP Sound Off semi-finalists, performing fresh off their May 1st record release. And with Deep Sea Diver and Telekinesis, among others, reportedly hard at work on new material, who knows what new might debut. Celebrate the great Northwest with a great Northwest line-up — Say Hi, Lemolo, Sisters, My Goodness, S, Ravenna Woods, Brother from Another, Fruit Juice — hosted by Marco Collins and our northern neighbors in Everett.

An additional night has been added to the festival, which takes place May 15-17, at five venues in downtown Everett, roughly within a five minute walk of each other. Kids 12 and under are free, and welcome to shows at the historic Everett Theatre, Cafe Zippy, and Silver Cup Coffee cafe. Shows at the Cannery and Tony V's Garage are 21 plus. General tickets are $49, $30 all ages. Did you catch that? $49. Area hotels are going fast.
