  • Our thoughts go out to members of the band and crew of Twin Shadow, who were injured this morning as their tour bus was part of a multi-vehicle crash in Aurora, Colorado, with heavy fog to blame. Rescuers have brought a dozen individuals to a local hospital to treat minor to severe injuries. [The Denver Post].
  • Wild Beasts debuted a previously unreleased track called "Woebegone Wanderers II" on Jon Hopkins' BBC Radio 1 program yesterday. As the title suggests, this seems to be a follow up to 2008's "Woebegone Wanderers." The sequel offers an ethereal and transcendent experience. Listen below. [CoS]

  • Jenny Lewis was joined by HAIM during her Coachella set last weekend. Together they delivered a lively performance of a new song called "Girl on Girl." Thanks to fan footage you can enjoy the show without having to bake in the hot California sun. [Pitchfork]

  • Justin Vernon shared a bare-bones cover of Spoon's They Want My Soul track "Inside Out". Vernon performs the song on a mysteriously dark stage and proves that a piano is all he needs to make some magic. [Pitchfork]
