  • The first official Kurt Cobain documentary, Montage of Heck, will have a theatrical run before its premiere on HBO. According to Billboard, the film will debut in Los Angeles, New York, and our very own Seattle on April 24. Rumor has it that the theatrical release will put this highly anticipated documentary up for Oscar contention. Montage of Heck hits HBO on May 4 and a DVD release is planned for November.   • Modest Mouse have shared their music video for Strangers to Ourselves track "Lampshades on Fire." The video features the band performing at a ridiculously insane party hosted by Orange is the New Black actress Natasha Lyonne. [Pitchfork]
