Italian trio Bee Bee Sea have been shattering audiences around most of Italy since 2015, sharing stages with bands like Thee Oh Sees, Black Lips, Night Beats, King Khan and the Shrines, among many others. Last year, they released their sophomore record Sonic Boomerang, a revved-up and sometimes abrasive record of garage-psych. The album’s intro and title track is our Song of the Day. Led by a meandering intro of thrashing guitars, the reverb-drenched song combines surf and psych for an intoxicating and energizing lead into the album.

Below, watch the video Sonic Boomerang lead single “D.I. Why Why Why,” created by Thelittlewhites.
