This powerful group perform the fast-paced merengue music of the Dominican Republic, led by the fast-fingered accordion playing of Hernandez. The group also features saxophone, "tambora" drum, bass, and guiro scraper. Originally from the Dominican Republic, they are now based in Philadelphia. - J. Kertzer
