Donate through your employer’s workplace giving program using payroll deduction.

Many companies encourage philanthropic giving by offering employees the opportunity to make a one-time charitable gift or give through payroll deduction during an annual workplace giving campaign. Workplace giving is an easy and efficient way to work together with your company to benefit your community and support the nonprofits you feel passionate about. Giving policies vary among companies. Please contact your Human Resources department to determine whether your company offers a workplace giving campaign.

What is the benefit of giving through my workplace?

Donating through your workplace giving program offers the convenience of automatic payroll deductions without losing the tax benefits of charitable giving. Employers often match their employees’ contributions, so the impact of your gift can go even further!

Please note: because of the automatic company match, gifts made through payroll deduction or a workplace giving campaign are not eligible for thank you gifts from KEXP, due to tax regulations.

FAQs

Am I eligible for thank you gifts if I donate through my workplace?

Unfortunately due to tax regulations, we are unable to offer thank you gifts for those that donate via workplace giving. Please contact Donor Services if you have further questions at donorservices@kexp.org or 206-520-5843.

Can I be an Amplifier donor if I donate through my workplace?

Since workplace giving donations do not always come on a regular monthly basis, we are unable to classify your donation as an Amplifiers Club gift. Amplifiers Club donations are those that come from a credit card or debit card each month and are set up to automatically renew each year. However, know that donating through your workplace can help double your impact if your employer matches!

What is KEXP’s 501(c) (3) number?
