KEXP’s Administration Team is looking for an experienced, process-minded individual to fill the role of Controller & Director of Human Resources. The ideal candidate has experience in the specialized world of non-profit accounting and human resources, and is a proven leader with excellent communication skills who is able to unite teams and achieve outstanding outcomes. They are also an efficient and pro-active problem-solver who can maximize available resources for effective results. The Controller & Director of Human Resources will lead a wide variety of projects and tasks to support KEXP staff and operations which, in turn, support listener and donor experiences and help music-lovers and artists feel engaged in the KEXP community.
