KEXP is looking for an organized and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Volunteer Services Coordinator. The ideal candidate has previous non-profit experience, a history of building strong relationships, successfully managing teams, and fantastic administrative skills. The Volunteer Services Coordinator will work closely with the Education & Volunteer Manager to support and develop KEXP’s volunteer program, consistently providing volunteers and staff with a positive experience. KEXP is a Seattle-based non-commercial radio station and dynamic arts organization that provides rich music experiences on the air, online, and on the streets. More than 200,000 listeners from around the world tune in to the station each week over the air and online, and KEXP produces and broadcasts over 500 live performances each year.

KEXP’s programming staff of 40 DJs, who are widely recognized as experts in their field, present emerging artists alongside established bands. Both variety mix and specialty shows spotlight new sounds as well as long-time favorites from the Pacific Northwest, across the country, and around the world.
